How much water should my child and I drink?

A good rule of thumb is to divide your weight in half and then drink that many ounces of water per day. For example lets say you weigh 160 lbs. 160 divided by 2 is 80. Therefore you would need to drink 80 ounces of water per day.

Keeping track of water is very important to help one loose weight.
