One reminder for medicines taken together
Medicines scheduled for the same time can now share one reminder or alarm. Review the group and record the medicines together instead of working through separate alerts.
A more useful Blister Guide
The Blister Guide now supports more pack layouts, medicine shapes, and fractional tablet doses. It also gives clearer guidance about the current blister and what comes next, with a configurable widget and a Shortcuts action for checking progress.

Scanning, NFC, and appearance

About Deep Scanning
Deep Scanning is optional and uses Apple Private Cloud Compute on supported devices. DoseKeeper checks its results against locally recognized text, falls back to the on-device scan when needed, and always lets you review the details before saving.
Requirements
iPhone and iPad require iOS or iPadOS 26.1 or later. Apple Watch requires watchOS 26.1 or later.
